Explain an Independent Service Without Implied Affiliation
Explain who supplies an independent service and review wording, logos, pricing and feature claims so the page does not imply official affiliation.

A website can imply an official relationship without explicitly saying official. A platform logo in the header, a familiar product name beside an independent price and a checkout-style button can combine into a misleading impression about who supplies the service. A small disclaimer at the bottom may arrive after the reader has formed the wrong expectation.
Review independence in the whole presentation. The buyer should understand the seller's identity, what the seller is offering, which third party is separate and which details still require confirmation. Clear wording and consistent visual context need to work together.
Name the actual seller first
Start with the business responsible for the offer and the service it can accurately describe. Do not use a third-party product name as though it were the independent seller's own official storefront. Where a brand name is necessary to explain the topic, keep the relationship precise and avoid unsupported partner, authorized or certified labels.
Google's guidance favors clear publisher information. The review below concerns editorial clarity, not legal approval of a trademark use or a finding about any company's commercial status. Specific rights and advertising questions may require appropriate review in the relevant jurisdiction.
Separate three claims: the independent business exists, it offers a particular service, and a third-party platform provides particular features. Evidence for one does not automatically support the others. In particular, documentation of a premium product feature does not establish that an independent offer includes it.
A fictional branding-context review
Consider fictional provider Willow Access, which offers assistance related to a separately operated business platform. Its draft page uses the platform's logo as the dominant header image and describes the price as the platform's cheapest plan, although that relationship and comparison have not been established.
Seller identity: place Willow Access's own identity and contact route clearly in the offer description.
Relationship wording: state that the service is independently offered; do not claim affiliation, authorization or endorsement without evidence.
Product wording: distinguish the service being sold from the platform's official plans and feature documentation.
Price label: identify whose offer the amount belongs to. Remove the unsupported cheapest comparison.
Visual review: revise a layout that resembles an official storefront or gives a third-party logo the apparent role of seller identity.
Ordering boundary: obtain current written scope, eligibility and terms before treating the service as suitable for a particular account.
This example is invented and does not evaluate an actual provider. It demonstrates how an independence statement can be undermined by the surrounding page, even when the statement itself is accurate.
Keep feature claims on their own evidence track
For every named capability, ask whether the actual offer includes it and whether the buyer meets the conditions. Do not borrow a feature list from a more expensive plan, an enterprise demonstration or a different product. If entitlement remains unconfirmed, keep it unconfirmed in the page and purchasing conversation.
Describe support ownership separately. The independent seller's support route may differ from the platform's official support, and neither should be promised on the other's behalf. Avoid implying that a buyer receives a third party's contractual protections merely because the service refers to that product.
Apply the distinction to this site's offer
Leads Automation is independent and is not affiliated with LinkedIn. A buyer should treat its offer as a separate purchasing question, rather than as LinkedIn's published pricing or a guarantee of particular Sales Navigator features. Confirm the actual plan, account eligibility, permitted use, service scope and written terms before ordering.
The same distinction should survive in search descriptions, social previews, screenshots and chat replies. A shortened promotional variant must not remove the seller identity while retaining the recognizable third-party name and price.
A useful final test is to ask a reader who they believe they are buying from and who has confirmed the included capabilities. If the answer differs from the evidence, revise the presentation. Independence should be understandable before a buyer acts, not discoverable only after a misunderstanding.
For a separate research-access purchase, Leads Automation has an independent US$15/month offer. Leads Automation is not affiliated with LinkedIn, and this is not LinkedIn’s official price. Confirm the actual plan, eligibility, scope and written terms before ordering; no particular feature or integration is implied. Ask about the offer on WhatsApp.
